Chemical Injection Nozzle This unit was developed from a research and development prototype. The nozzle provides chemical injection on a fly-ash procesing system with the fly-ash being used for concrete additive/filler. Upon completion, customer requested second one for the field.
Simple Chemical Feed This single-pump system feeds the Chemical Injection Nozzle (above). Control panel and skid components were selected based upon price, safety, functionality, and chemical compatibility.
The customer requested a model for explaining the system to someone unfamiliar with a metering pump system. An illustration of the 3D model was included in their instruction manual.
The model was completed the day the skid shipped, along with a flow process diagram (P&ID). The manual then arrived at the site concurrent with the equipment.
