Desuperheater / Condensate Collection
The skid design, procurement, fabrication, control panel, wiring and testing were all at our facility. The unit has a minimum-flow orifice, return line, and bypass on the system discharge. The tank collects overflow from the steam condensate and recirculates to the boiler feed tank at specific volume. During low usage times, makeup water can be added through a solenoid valve.

Hydrochloric Acid Batch
The skid, designed by a third party engineering firm and drawings given to us for fabrication, contained multiple unique items; the fluid in the tank and piping system was clean for a food plant and the chemical mixture contained hydrochloric acid. Load cells were used to determine tank weight and level. Proximity switches determined high and low levels in the tank (redundancy); tank support (cone and ring) were custom fabricated with the mixer shaft Teflon® coated; valves were air to open / spring to close. The frame and supports were all polished stainless steel and piping custom-made polypropylene spool pieces. Control panel was UL listed.
